Cicely | Chattanooga Senior Photographer

Another senior I had the pleasure of working with is Cicely - a spunky, fun, energetic girl with a heart of gold.  Her sense of style is nothing short of fabulous - look for her owl clock necklace; she made that herself!  Too fun!

We had picked out a spot for our session, only to find the street we were going to use was closed for two blocks... well, rather than be bummed about the situation, we took advantage of having a busy downtown street devoid of cars for our session.  It made for some really fun, otherwise-impossible shots!

Jill, Jon and Baby | Chattanooga Maternity Photographer

Remember sweet Connor?  Well, back when he was just a little bun, I got to spend some time with his (very excited) Momma- and Daddy-to-be for a maternity session.

We chose a location that means a bunch to this couple and ventured out at dawn on what ended up being the hottest day of the year (troopers!) and captured some absolutely stunning light before it got too uncomfortable, then we went back to their home to finish up our session.  That's the beauty of a custom portrait session - full control over your location or locations and the ability to integrate your story and personality into the experience!

And this couple brought personality - in spades!  Look at how amazingly in love these two are!

I love - love - the excitement of expecting a baby - especially the first baby!  It just doesn't get much sweeter than that.

And I believe that no matter how many stretch marks or extra pounds accompany a pregnancy, or how it might change a momma's skin, there really is not a time in a woman's life where she looks more radiant and beautiful than when she's carrying a baby.

*sigh* Love.  Just... love.

Can you get over her adorable bump?!  Aaaw!

Amazing, isn't it, what a woman's body can do?  Love!
